Lettuce chicken tacos

Step 1In large non-stick skillet brown turkey over medium high heat until no longer pink inside. Drain in colander.
Step 2Return skillet to medium heat and add oil. Cook onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano and cumin for about 3 minutes or until softened. Return turkey to skillet and add beans and corn. Cook stirring for about 2 minutes.
Step 3Whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch; add to skillet and cook stirring for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley.
Step 4Spoon into lettuce leaves on individual plates and wrap.
