Experiment with different combination of fruits such as apples, plums, peaches and strawberries.
Ingredients
- 8 medium pears, peeled and diced
- 625 mL (2 ½ cups) blueberries
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Cook, uncovered over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- When cool, purée in a food processor until smooth. Chill and serve.
