Lunch Salad with Avocado Jalapeño Dressing
Creamy avocado and slightly spicy jalapeño kick up this easy lunch time salad.

Step 1In a small bowl, mash avocado with fork until smooth. Stir in jalapeño peppers and cilantro. Add vinegar until combined; set aside.
Step 2In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with avocado dressing to coat. Divide among 2 dinner plates. Top each salad with turkey and tomatoes. Add cucumbers if desired.
