Banana strawberry muffins
These muffins are full of fresh fruit flavour with a hint of cinnamon that may even remind you of a banana split! Perfect to make ahead and freeze.

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon; set aside. -
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until well combined. Stir in bananas, applesauce and oil. Pour over flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Stir in strawberries. -
Step 3
Divide batter among 12 greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake in 375° F (190° C) oven for about 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean when tested.
