A glass pitcher and glass of hibiscus tea with fruit slices on a floral outdoor table beside a cheese and fruit platter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Step 1

In a teapot, steep hibiscus tea bags in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove teabags and let cool.
  2. Step 2

In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, strawberries, raspberries and orange slices.
  3. Step 3

Refrigerate for one hour or longer to allow flavours to blend.
  4. Step 4

Serve garnished with orange wedges or strawberries.

Tips

  • To skip the wait time of cooling hot tea, you can cold-brew the hibiscus tea bags in cold water instead. The drink will have a milder flavour.
  • To spice it up, add a few cinnamon sticks in step 2.
  • Try different fruits. This drink works well with apples, peaches and pineapple.
