  • Ministry of Health - Adult Day Services: Adult day services providing supportive group programs and activities in the community.
  • Meals on Wheels: In addition to providing a hot meal, volunteers offer the comfort of a friendly visit and the reassurance of a check in.on recipients. Care BC’s program also includes a Chinese Meals on Wheels service, delivered by Chinese-speaking volunteers.
  • Services Québec - Meals on Wheels: Meals on Wheels delivers hot meals to the homes of seniors and people living with a permanent or temporary loss of autonomy. Home visits by Meals on Wheels volunteers also provide clients with companionship.
  • Services Québec - Programs and Services for Seniors: This guide contains information on the different programs and services for seniors, offered by government departments and agencies.
