A portal built for instructors and students (Quebec)

Teamwork Hands Together

We are committed to providing the same high-quality online service across Canada and now we are able to do just that! One single, bilingual portal for all of Canada means that you can now take advantage of (and offer your students) great benefits such as 24/7 access to certification and course history, immediate provision of course completion eCards, better course and instructor search, clearer instructor onboarding and much more.

The roadblock to offering these functions in Quebec in the past has been technology. The old provincial portal was simply not capable of capturing information that would uniquely identify your students and their certifications. This limitation means we are not able to transfer student training history over to the new portal.

Please be assured that we will retain historical records of courses and certifications that occurred before the new portal launch and, if required, you and your students may access these by request by contacting the Resuscitation Support Centre.

In the new portal each student will receive their own log-in and account where their certification and course history can be maintained. They will also have 24/7 access to view their certifications and training history.

As an instructor, your historical records have been retained, but will not appear in the courses section of the portal. You may submit a request to the Resuscitation Support Centre to acquire a copy of your past course records (from the old Quebec portal). Processing time will vary depending on the volume of records requests received. Going forward, all your new courses will appear in your account, and you’ll be able to track your ongoing training history in the new portal. While not immediately available, as Quebec student account and certification data is populated over time, in the future you will be able to review all students’ prerequisites to ensure they are equipped and ready for your course.

We’re excited for you to use the all-new portal built for both the instructor and student.
