Riverview Health Centre Neurology Rehabilitation Stroke Program: This program provides comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for adults with neurological impairments due to a stroke.

Geriatric Program Assessment Team (GPAT): This program assesses frail people over the age of 65 years, living in Winnipeg.. Clients are seen by a geriatric clinician in their own homes or a hospital for an assessment.
Get Better Together: A workshop designed to help Manitobans with ongoing health conditions take control of their health. Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada: Cardiac rehabilitation is offered across Manitoba as a standard of care for those living with heart disease. This includes a medically supervised 16 week education and exercise program designed to help individuals develop the skills, capacity and confidence to lead a healthier life. Spouses and partners are encourage to attend the educational sessions as well.
