2 Steps to getting started today. It’s easy – here’s how:
STEP 1: Login
For users outside of Quebec, your first login experience is designed to ensure the security of your account. Simply enter your email address (the one associated with your portal account) and click “Forgot Password”. Follow the prompts to activate your account in the new portal. After you login this way the first time, you will be able to login with either your email address or Heart & Stroke ID number (HSF ID#) in the future.
For users in Quebec, simply enter your email address (the one associated with your account in the Quebec portal) and click “Forgot Password”. Follow the prompts to activate your account in the new portal. Upon first successful login, you will be issued a brand new HSF ID#. As we noted in a previous communication , your course and student history may not transfer to the new site. If you do require these records, they are available to you on request.

Please note that the new platform requires each user to have a unique email address. If you share an email address with another instructor or group, you will need to contact us .
STEP 2: Sign Agreements
Upon login, in order to get access to instructor functions and information, you will be required to read and agree to our updated:
• Terms of use,
• Code of conduct,
• Internal data management and privacy policy,
• Mandatory privacy guidelines.
We strongly encourage you to carefully read the details of these policies. Doing this right away is important, as it will enable you to get down to the business of training without delay. To ensure uninterrupted access all agreements must be signed by Monday, September 30, 2019.
