Risk Screen was built by Heart & Stroke with input from over 150 medical experts. It is based on an extensive review of current research around risk factors that impact heart and brain conditions, and consultations with top experts in risk factor prevention, detection and control. It won't diagnose anything. It's there to help you spot risks early so you can act on them or talk to your doctor.

Heart & Stroke requests your contact info to send your detailed report over email. We’ll also send a few short follow-ups with practical tips and trusted resources based on your results, so you’re not left wondering what to do next.
