Ride for Heart Event Day Volunteer (roles available May 30- June 2)


The 32th annual Manulife Heart and Stroke Ride for Heart will be held this year on Sunday, June 2. This event would not be possible without the support of the many volunteers involved. We would like to invite you to volunteer with us. Join us to create even more survivors of heart disease and stroke in Canada!

Whatever position you choose, you’ll be an important part of the Ride for Heart team. Whether you like greeting riders, handing out water to thirsty walkers, or cheering at the finish line, there’s a volunteer position for you!
From pre-event check-in, Thursday, May 30 - Saturday, June 1, to the excitement of the finish line on Sunday, June 2, you can join our team make the Ride incredible!

Want to make an even bigger impact? Volunteer with your friends or family! Youth 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian registered for the same volunteer role.

Roles available between Thursday, May 30 and Sunday, June 2, 2019


Volunteer shifts are 4+ hours long. Short breaks and light refreshments will be available. 

We encourage you to register for multiple shifts and roles if possible!

We are looking for volunteer support in the following roles:

Corporate/VIP Service Host (seated role)
Food Service Assistants
Heart Park Greeting and Engagement Volunteer
Check-in Volunteers (seated role)
Finish Line Volunteer
Info Squad
Pre-Event Set Up
Ride Rest Station
Event Tear Down
