Office Clerk, Calgary Office

We are looking for volunteers in our Calgary office who love to organize!

In this role, you bring your skills, passion and commitment to support the day to day operations of Heart & Stroke’s offices. This role supports the Office Administrator and is focused on organizing and clearing out our Calgary office.

119 14St NW #100, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6

Some activities associated with this role include:
  • assisting in clearing out all non-essential documents and items from the office spaces 
  • sorting documents and items to file, archive, shred and recycle
  • counting, recording, and labeling inventory
  • sorting and processing mails
  • assisting with other administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, etc)
Qualifications:
  • clerical experience would be considered an asset
  • ability to analyze, discern and sort relevant documentation and data as required
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • ability to organize documentation and use discretion to make decisions

Time commitment:

Approximately 8-14 hours/week in June during office hours. Note: timeline may extend depending on how quickly volunteers are onboarded and task is completed.
