  1. Step 1

    In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion, yellow and jalapeno peppers, chili powder and cumin for about 5 minutes or until softened. Remove from heat.
  2. Step 2

    In a bowl, mash beans with a potato masher and stir in salsa. Add onion mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Step 3

    Spread avocado among tortillas and spoon, bean mixture on half of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, if using and cilantro. Fold over to seal.
  4. Step 4

    Place tortillas carefully on greased grill over medium heat. Grill, turning once for about 6 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cut each in half.
