Caring Hearts Dinner, Montréal
presented by National Bank Insurance
You’re invited to Heart & Stroke’s annual Caring Hearts Dinner, Montréal. Thanks to the dedication of its hosts, the support of its partners and the generosity of its participants, this event has raised more than $2.5 million for Heart & Stroke over the past two decades.
The Caring Hearts Dinner, under the honorary chairmanship of Mr. Peter D. Thompson, Senior Vice-President Insurance & President, National Bank Insurance, is a flagship event that brings together more than 250 peers and influencers from the Greater Montréal area business community. It is also an incredible opportunity to experience the cuisine of chef Constant Mentzas, co-owner of Ikanos restaurant, and to network while supporting a good cause.
The success of this delightful evening and unique philanthropic event rests on the generosity of the business community, as well as its commitment to driving the medical breakthroughs and major prevention programs that Heart & Stroke has led or funded for more than 60 years.

I’m pleased to act as honorary chair of the Caring Hearts Dinner, Montréal’s key philanthropic event for Heart & Stroke. It is not only a unique opportunity to share a memorable culinary experience, it also supports a great cause.
For this 21st edition of the dinner, more than 250 members of Montréal’s business community are gathering to fight heart disease and stroke. I’m confident that together, we can improve our society’s heart and brain health.
As an economic and social player in Quebec and Canada for more than 150 years, National Bank has always helped communities flourish, working with partners and supporting hundreds of organizations in many areas. Health is one of our priorities. Our commitment extends not only to prevention and treatment, but to research as well, and Heart & Stroke is involved in all three.
Having so much in common, it was natural for us to join the Foundation for a meal that promises to be as delicious as it is beneficial.
On behalf of Heart & Stroke and National Bank Insurance, thank you for your presence, commitment and willingness to help Canadians live long, healthy lives!
