Health Promotion Display Presenter


Summary of Position: Helping the Heart and Stroke Foundation provide information related to heart disease and stroke across the province. The position requires setting up of displays and providing informative materials to interested parties.

Time Commitment: Approx. 3 hours depending on the event

Responsibilities:
  • Set up display board provided by HSF at given location
  • Stand near display board during the event
  • Refer visitors to brochures/other materials as appropriate
  • Write down names and contact info of visitors who have questions so that an HSF staff member can follow up
  • Take down display board and return it to HSF office by pre-arranged method
Skills/Attributes/Knowledge:
  • Confident speaker
  • Comfortable meeting new people
  • Able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
