Ingredients
  • 3 oz (90 g) feta, crumbled

  • Fresh mint leaves (a handful, approx. 1/4 cup (50 mL))

  • 6 slices of watermelon

  • Balsamic glaze (approx. 1 tbsp (15 mL))

  • Pink peppercorns, crushed

Directions
  1. Scatter cheese over watermelon slices. Add fresh mint leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with pink peppercorns.
